Celeste was sexually abused by her babysitters son when Celeste was five.

    Angel, it takes great courage to be able to forgive those who sexually abused us. Not everyone wants to do this. You are right that forgiveness is for our sake, not theirs. I grew up in north Louisiana and was abused sexually by my uncle and then by my dad when I was 11 years old. Thank you for your courage to speak out against sexual abuse.
